I like playing with things and looking for new possibilities for experimenting and exploring colour, texture, form and the way light interacts with objects. The scanner is an interesting tool for doing this partly because of the high resolution it allows. Capturing a composition both with and scanner and with a camera has been of particular interest to me in terms of observing at how the two processes reveal different aspects of the objects.
